Stevenage Circuits Ltd is dedicated to maintaining and developing customer satisfaction by ensuring that its products always meet the requirements of our customers. Essential to this goal, is maintaining and developing the technical expertise throughout the organisation, whilst implementing specific measures at strategic areas of the business.
Stevenage Circuits is committed to a Quality Policy that will achieve these aims. The Policy is based on three fundamental principles:-
- Ensuring that we provide high quality Printed Circuit Boards and service to our customer on time and in full.
- Identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them through continuous improvement within our QMS and process control.
- All staff understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time.
Led by the Quality Manager and with the full support of the Directors, staff at every level in the Company will be responsible for implementing the Policy.
Annual Management reviews will be carried out to define objectives to ensure that the requirements of the Policy are met, and to ensure that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the Policy
The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated to staff and be displayed within the facility at all times. Training and development for our workforce on the various aspects of the business including personal, product and environmental safety will be an integral part of achieving the objectives.
Within this Policy we are committed to operating Stevenage Circuits under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System and conforming to applicable International Standards while maintaining the necessary Quality Approvals consistent with our customer requirements.
